- Excel Volleyball All Skills Training Program (COED)
The EXCEL Volleyball All Skills Training Program provides an introduction to fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking. This program is designed for athletes who want to build a strong foundation of fundamental volleyball skills. The session consists of skill development and some game-play situations. Lessons are adjusted and advanced based on individual skill levels. This program is designed for all skill levels. The first few weeks focus on individual skill development, while the remaining weeks focus on putting those skills and fundamentals into game play situations and learning offense and defense strategies.
AGES 7-10: 6:30-7:30 PM, All Dates

EXCEL VOLLEYBALL DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE (3 Options)
The EXCEL Volleyball Developmental League is the ultimate coed program for young athletes ages 7–10 and 11–14 of all skill levels! Whether your player is picking up a volleyball for the very first time or looking to sharpen their technique, this high-energy league focuses on mastering core fundamentals, building court communication, and mastering real team strategies. Every single session combines a skill-building practice with an exciting, full-length game to put those new moves right into action. Athletes will be placed on a dedicated team guided by an encouraging coach and will receive their very own team t-shirt. Join us for a season of fun, friendship, and fast-paced athletic growth on the court!
