All Skills Showcase

This Program is for Girls & Boys and  for ALL SKILL LEVELS!! 

The EXCEL Volleyball All Skills Showcase is for Girls & Boys of All Skill Levels. This program  provides an introduction to fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking. This program is designed for athletes who want to build a strong foundation of fundamental volleyball skills. The session consists of skill development and some game-play situations. Lessons are adjusted and advanced based on individual skill levels. The first few weeks focus on individual skill development, while the remaining weeks focus on putting those skills and fundamentals into game play situations. 

SESSION A:    9/21-10/26/2026
